How to proceed with warranty service?
Email us (web@fifine.cc) with your sales receipt (or order #). We will check if you have registered, which helps determine the warranty's length of time that applies, whether the product needs to be sent off and we will direct you to the necessary actions from there.
Notice: The order number alone does not guarantee the service. Only if you have the order number that is in recorded in both our warranty system and the order system of FIFINE official sales channels, the warranty will work.
